Shipping & Delivery Policy

Courier
All orders are shipped by Delhivery from our Delhi warehouse.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually packed and handed to Delhivery within 1–2 working days of payment.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes 2–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your pincode and the weight of your order, and is shown before you pay.
Serviceable areas
We deliver to pincodes serviced by Delhivery. If your pincode is not serviceable, checkout will tell you before payment.
Tracking
Once dispatched, your Delhivery tracking number (AWB) appears in My Account.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, re-delivery or return charges may apply.
